  • $160,000  incentive program for a 3 year agreement
  • UAP/Free tuition incentives provide an additional 10,000/year for each program (based on minimum three year commitment***Note: these funds are subject to change pending UAP review. A new formula for distribution of these funds will likely increase the dollars for our community recruitment needs).

Earnings Potential

  • Physicians working at the Dingwall Medical Clinic Family Health Network earn a very attractive income.
  • Based on Family Practice + Emergency or Anesthesia and  inpatient duties provides a net income average of $475,000 per annum.

In Summary:

  • New Physicians to Dryden incentives totalling $160,000.00
  • New Grads could receive incentives totalling $240,000.00
  • Plus over 50 different gifts and services from local businesses.

Full Time Emergency Medicine Physician

  • $50,000 for a 1 year agreement
  • $30,000 for a 2nd year agreement
  • Over 50 different gifts and services from local businesses.

Free Tuition Program

  • The Free Tuition Program offers grants of up to $40,000.00 in exchange for a three or four year return-of-service commitment.

Other MOHLTC Incentives

  • Under Serviced Area Program provides grants of 10,000/year up to 40,000 maximum.
